Marise Born

Marise Ph. Born

Marise Ph. Born is Full Professor of Personnel Psychology, Chair of the Institute of Psychology (both at Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands), and Extraordinary Professor of Industrial and Personnel Psychology (Free University Amsterdam). Her research interests are in the areas of personnel selection and job choice, cross-cultural and international research in test development, and personality and individual differences. She has published in journals such as International Journal of Selection and Assessment, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Vocational Psychology and Journal of Applied Psychology. She currently serves on the editorial boards of four journals. She is Past-President of the International Test Commission (from 2008-2010).

Arne Evers

Arne Evers

Arne Evers is associate professor in Work & Organizational Psychology at the University of Amsterdam. His research interests include test development, the assessment of test quality, personnel selection, and bias in testing. He has published on these topics in journals such as International Journal of Testing, European Psychologist, European Journal of Psychological Assessment, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, etc. He is senior editor of the test evaluations of the Dutch Committee on Testing, and he is a member of the Standard Committee on Tests and Testing of the EFPA.

Dr Dave Bartram

Dave Bartram

Dr Dave Bartram is Chief Psychologist for SHL Group Ltd. Prior to that he was Dean of the Faculty of Science and the Environment, and Professor of Psychology in the Department of Psychology at the University of Hull. He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS and of the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) and Past-President of IAAP Division 2 (Assessment & Evaluation). He is Secretary of the ITC and a Past-President. He is the Convenor of the European Federation of Psychologists’ Association’s Standing Committee on Tests and Testing and a member and a past Chair of the BPS’s Steering Committee on Test Standards. He was appointed Special Professor in Occupational Psychology and Measurement at the University of Nottingham in 2007 and Professor Extraordinarius in the Department of Human Resource Management at the University of Pretoria in 2010.

Jacques Gregoire

Jacques Grégoire

Jacques Grégoire, Ph.D., is Full Professor at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium. His research interests include assessment of learning and learning disabilities, methods for psychological diagnostic, intellectual assessment, and relationship between learning and emotions. He was scientific adviser for the French adaptation of several tests, including the WAIS-IV, the WISC-IV, and the KABC-II. His academic publications include over 120 journal articles, book chapters, and books/monographs. He served as secretary of the International Test Commission (1995-2004) and President of the same organization (2006-2008). With the collaboration of Ron Hambleton, he organized the 5th ITC international conference in Brussels (July, 2006).
